Stripped Down Under Bookings – Terms & Conditions

CUSTOMERS:
– All guests must be over the age of 18 years old. The entertainers may check ID. If anyone under the age of 18 is present at the entertainment, the entertainment may be stopped with no refund.

– If you are asked if there is a mixed crowd at your event, and you respond untruthfully, upon arrival the Entertainer can refuse to perform and no refund shall be given.

– If there is any Violence at your event or the situation becomes dangerous for the Entertainer, they have the right to leave if they fear for their own safety.

– Winter Months: During winter please provide heating if waitresses are working outside in cold weather.

– Videoing & Photographing of the Entertainers is up to the Entertainers Discretion and must be agreed upon when the Entertainer arrives, prior to starting their shift or performance.
– If this happens against the Entertainers will, the Entertainment may be stopped with no refund.

– Lap Dances are performed in Private whereas Shows are performed infront of all the guests in Costume with Music provided by the Performer. If a Performer is interrupted by other guests trying to watch a private lapdance, he/she may stop the lapdance with no refund.

– If the Event Attendees are late to the place that is booked, the Entertainers are not required to work longer. Their shift begins at the same time, no matter when the customers arrive, as they usually have bookings after.
If the Entertainment is late, they will still work their entire shift, or do their performance, unless an alternate agreement is made between the Entertainer & Customer.

– The Customer must be contactable on the date of the event incase Stripped Down Under or the Entertainment needs to contact them. If you have no reception or your phone loses battery – you are required to provide Stripped Down Under with an alternate contact number or another means of communication.
If there is no way to contact you, the booking may be cancelled with no refund.

– The Customer must provide a correct address for the event or organise to meet the Entertainer at a location that is able to be found to either take them to or direct them to where the event is being held. 
If the address is incorrect or the location cannot be found on the night of the event, the booking may be cancelled with no refund. If the Entertainer arrives at the address or location given, and for reasons otherwise or including intoxication – the Customer does not meet the Entertainer, or is not there – the booking may be cancelled and there will be no amount refunded as this covers the Entertainers loss of income.

– A booking fee is required to secure the booking. This is done via Bank Deposit or Bank Transfer. Some Entertainers require a larger deposit or the total amount paid prior to the booking; We will inform you if this is the case before you choose your Entertainer. If you are unable to pay the Booking Fee/Deposit, we can not guarantee an Entertainer will accept your booking. A receipt can be emailed to you if you provide us with your email address. A screenshot, or proof of the transaction must be supplied to Stripped Down Under upon payment stating the amount paid, and that it has been processed.

– If you are not satisfied with the Entertainment – please notify Stripped Down Under within 24 hours so that we can deal appropriately with your complaint. Past this time frame, we are limited with what we can do as the Entertainers are Sub-Contractors.
If you are not satisfied with the Entertainer upon arrival, we must be notified immediately if you do not want the performance/waitering/waitressing to begin.

– We can’t always guarantee the entertainer you book will be able to perform or attend your booking on the day, if the entertainer booked cancels, we will attempt to replace them with another entertainer. If we cannot replace them on the day – you shall be refunded any booking fee/deposit that you have paid.

– If you cancel your booking prior to 24 hours before the event, the booking fee is non refundable but if a further deposit has been paid, you may be refunded that amount.
– If you cancel within 24 hours, there will be no amount refunded as this covers the Entertainers loss of income.

-Stripped Down Under will not be held responsible for any verbal agreements between the Entertainer & Customer in regards to changing services, changing prices or agreeing to refunds. As the Entertainers are Sub-contractors, unless we are contacted directly and take part in the agreements – we are unable to do anything about any complaints or problems thereafter.

– We will not be held responsible for any accidents or incidents that may or may not occur with any of the contractors/ Entertainers booked through Stripped Down Under. Stripped Down Under is purely a booking agent for the Entertainers. Any accidents or incidents that may or may not occur will be dealt directly with the Entertainer and the Entertainer is responsible. In addition to this, if the Entertainer is assaulted in any way, or their property damaged and the Police are involved, we will provide any information and assistance that the Police may need from us in regards to any contact details we may have, or statements that may need to be made. 

  • If an event is cancelled or postponed due to a Natural Disaster or Pandemic such as Covid-19, you will be refunded your Booking Fee. If you have paid a Deposit, you shall be refunded the deposit unless you booked an Entertainer who requires a Cancellation Fee. You shall be notified if any of these entertainers are one of your options, so that you are aware before you Book. If you would prefer to keep the booking but just change to a date you are able to hold your event on, you will not be charged a second Booking Fee, the Booking shall stay the same. Any changes in price will only be if a different Entertainer or different Service is chosen who/which is not the same price. 

ENTERTAINERS:

– All shows and Waitering/Waitressing Shifts must be completed in full for the required amount of time that has been paid for. If you are unaware of what is included in a Show or what is required during a Waitressing/Waitering Shift – you must contact Stripped Down Under for an explanation.
– Alternatively you will find descriptions of each show on the Website under ‘Services’ and ‘Packages’.
– If a specific costume has been requested and you have confirmed that you can do this – you are required to do this.

– Any extreme changes to your physical appearance need to be updated with Stripped Down Under as you may be refused at the booking if you do not look like the photos you have provided. This includes Hair colour, Style, Extreme weight gain or loss and any Cosmetic Surgery you have had.

– All jobs are to be confirmed on the day, or a replacement will be found. Contact numbers are also given to you on the morning of the job, after you confirm. Under no circumstances, are you to contact the Customer to change the booking, or to replace yourself, without notifying Stripped Down Under. If you do need to contact the Customer, you are required to put your number on Private, not to Text Message. If you cannot get hold of the Customer, contact Stripped Down Under.

– Locations of Houseboats & Campsites will be provided on the morning of the job once the Customer has found where they are camping, or where the boat will be docked. A screenshot of their location, extensive directions or a map will be provided to you along with the Customers Contact number.

– Only Stripped Down Under Cards or your Business Cards with Stripped Down Under’s contact number are to be handed out at bookings. If you are found to be handing out your own contact details, your Social Media Pages, or a different contact number to customers of Stripped Down Under, you will be terminated & Blacklisted.

– There are to be no sexual services provided at jobs, no ‘extras’, no relieving of customers, no escorting, no engaging in any sexual activity with customers at all. Stripped Down Under is not licensed for this and if we discover that you are doing this, you will be immediately terminated & Blacklisted.

– If you collect the Booking Fee, this is to be paid in the Business Bank Account by the following Wednesday. If not, you will not receive any further bookings and if this is not paid for an extended period of time – further measures will be taken to retrieve the money.

– If you require full payment prior to the Booking, or would like a Deposit you must inform Stripped Down Under when you apply for the Enquiry. You must invoice Stripped Down Under to be paid. We cannot pay anyone without an ABN Number. The Deposit will be taken or the amount will be requested upfront and this will be paid into your bank account upon completion of the job, provided we have been invoiced by you, on the day of the booking. You are to confirm you have finished the booking, and a screenshot or proof of the transaction will be provided to you.

– If you are late to a job, you are required to contact Stripped Down Under. If you do not intend on attending a job, you are required to contact Stripped Down Under. There are to be no private agreements made by the Entertainer with the Customer, without notifying Stripped Down Under.
– If you send another Entertainer to your booking, in placement of you,  you will be immediately terminated & Blacklisted.

– Any issues you have with other Entertainers are not to be discussed or acted upon at Stripped Down Under bookings.

– If you confirm a booking, you are expected to complete this booking and if unable to, you must notify Stripped Down Under immediately.
– If an appropriate replacement cannot be found by Stripped Down Under, you are required to find a replacement that the Customer is happy with and if not – you must refund the customer the booking fee that they have paid.
– If you do not turn up to a booking on the day of the event, you are required to refund the customer the booking fee.
– If you do not work the entire shift you are booked to do, or do not perform the correct show that has been booked – you are required to refund the customer any amount that was paid for a service you did not provide.
– If you attend a booking in an inappropriate manner, in regards to your physical appearance, hygeine, or personal state – you are requried to refund the customer in full.

-When applying for an enquiry, you are to quote your total price. If you quote incorrectly and want to change your price, you must do so before the Customer chooses who they want. You cannot accept a booking and then change your price after the Booking Confirmation is sent through. You are responsible for looking up where the location is, and reading the Enquiry correctly. Do not apply for an Enquiry if you cant or dont want to do it.

-If you want to be elegible for a Cancellation Fee, then you must ask for a Deposit when applying for the Booking. A Cancellation fee can only be paid if we have a deposit to pay it out of. To be paid a Cancellation Fee, the same applies as with a Deposit; you must have an ABN number and invoice Stripped Down Under to be paid. 

  • If an event is cancelled or postponed due to a Natural Disaster or Pandemic such as Covid-19, you will not be paid a cancellation fee as we refund the Customer any Booking Fee/Deposit they have paid. If you want to be paid a Cancellation Fee in this Situation, you must inform us so that we can inform the Customer prior to booking. If they are just going to change to a date they are able to hold their event on, you will be contacted first to check your availability and the Booking shall stay the same. 

INDEMNITY:
We will not be held responsible for any accidents or incidents that may or may not occur with any of the contractors/ Entertainers booked through Stripped Down Under. Stripped Down Under is purely a booking agent for the Entertainers. Any accidents or incidents that may or may not occur will be dealt directly with the Entertainer and the entertainer is responsible.
