By making a booking with Stripped Down Under, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. As the booking Client, it is your responsibility to ensure all guests are aware of and respect these terms.
Bookings & Payments
- A booking fee or deposit is required to secure your booking. Once received, your booking is confirmed.
- Booking fees are non-refundable.
- Payment is made via PayID or bank transfer unless otherwise arranged.
- Some Entertainers may require full payment upfront. You will be informed prior to confirming your booking.
- Proof of payment (screenshot or receipt) must be supplied upon request, clearly showing the amount paid and that the transaction has been processed.
On the Day of Your Event
- Entertainers will arrive at the agreed time and complete the booked duration where possible.
- Booking time begins from the scheduled start time, regardless of guest arrival.
- If Entertainers are delayed, they will make reasonable efforts to complete the full booking time.
- The Client must be contactable on the day. If we or the Entertainer cannot reach you, the booking may be cancelled with no refund.
- You must provide a correct and accessible location. If the Entertainer cannot locate or access the venue, the booking may be cancelled without refund.
- Payment must be made in cash on arrival unless paid prior via transfer. The correct amount must be ready before the Entertainer arrives. Any time spent organising payment will be deducted from the booking time.
- A private area must be provided for Entertainers to change and store belongings.
Client Responsibilities
- All guests must be 18 years or older. Valid ID may be requested. If minors are present, the booking will be terminated with no refund.
- You must provide accurate details about your event, including the type of crowd and environment. If a mixed crowd is not disclosed and this impacts the booking, the Entertainer may refuse to perform with no refund.
- A safe, respectful, and suitable environment must be maintained at all times.
- For outdoor or colder conditions, appropriate shelter and/or heating must be provided where required.
Safety & Respect
- Entertainers must be treated with respect at all times.
- Strictly no touching or grabbing unless clearly invited by the Entertainer.
- No aggressive behaviour, harassment, or inappropriate conduct is permitted.
- Any participation during performances is at the sole discretion of the Entertainer.
- Entertainers have the right to refuse any request that makes them uncomfortable.
- If an Entertainer feels unsafe, threatened, or disrespected, they may leave immediately. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
- Photography and videography are only permitted with the Entertainer’s consent.
- Unauthorised recording is strictly prohibited.
- If this rule is breached, the Entertainer may end the booking immediately with no refund.
Services
- Services are provided as outlined at the time of booking.
- Topless or nude waitressing includes food and beverage service only unless otherwise agreed.
- Lap dances and performances must be booked separately where applicable.
- Private performances must not be interrupted by other guests. If this occurs, the Entertainer may cease the performance with no refund.
- Stripped Down Under is an entertainment booking agency. No sexual services are provided or permitted under any circumstances.
Cancellations & Changes
- Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable in full.
- Date, time, or location changes may be accommodated but are subject to availability.
- We cannot guarantee the same Entertainer will be available for rescheduled bookings.
- If an Entertainer cancels, we will attempt to provide a replacement. If this is not possible, a refund will be issued.
- In the event of circumstances outside of our control (e.g. natural disasters or government restrictions), bookings may be rescheduled or credited where applicable.
General Terms
- Stripped Down Under acts as a booking agency connecting Clients with independent Entertainers.
- Entertainers are subcontractors and are responsible for their own conduct, services, and insurance.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stripped Down Under is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or incident that may occur during a booking.
- Any private agreements made directly between Clients and Entertainers are not the responsibility of Stripped Down Under.
- Any issues or complaints must be raised within 24 hours of the booking.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Where applicable, the laws of the relevant State or Territory will apply.
